Getting custom work done on your slide is easy—just follow these simple steps:
1. Choose Your Slide Milling & Coating Options
Browse our available services and select the milling options you want (optic cut, serrations,
window cuts, etc.) along with any Cerakote or custom finish options. Add them to your cart and
proceed to checkout.
2. Add Important Notes
During checkout or in your order notes, be sure to:
- List any accessories you're sending with your slide (e.g., sights, optic, cover plate)
- Include any special instructions or preferences for the work
3. Ship Your Assembled or Stripped Slide

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive detailed shipping instructions via email. Make
sure to:
- Send slide only (Can be assembled or stripped)
- Include your order number and contact information inside the package
4. We Perform the Work
After receiving your slide, our team will begin the custom milling and coating process.
Turnaround time is typically 7–14 business days when we receive your slide depending on your selected services.
5. We Ship It Back Ready to Go
Once complete, your custom slide is carefully packaged and shipped back to you free—ready to
mount and run.

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Custom Slide Services
We take pride in delivering high-quality custom slide work. Due to the personalized nature of
services such as optic cuts, slide milling, and Cerakote finishes, our refund and cancellation
policies are as follows:
Custom Work (Optic Cuts, Slide Milling, Cerakote)
- Cancellations Prior to Work Commencement: If you wish to cancel your order before any work has begun, you may do so. Please note that a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover processing and restocking costs.
- Cancellations After Work Has Begun: Once machining or coating has started, cancellations are no longer possible, and refunds will not be issued.
- Non-Refundable Shipping: If your slide or parts have already been shipped back to you, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Ready to Ship Items
- Returns Within 60 Days: Unused, ready-to-ship items can be returned within 60 days of purchase. A 10% restocking fee will apply unless the return is due to a manufacturer error.
- Returns After 60 Days: All sales are final after 60 days; returns or refunds will not be accepted.
Warranty & Satisfaction
- Workmanship Guarantee: We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you encounter any issues related to our workmanship, please contact us. We will assess and address the problem accordingly.
- Cerakote Wear: Cerakote finishes are durable but may show signs of wear over time, especially with regular use. Normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

- Order Expiry: Orders may be void or expired after 2 years from the original order date.
